In this post, I wanted to give you an idea of what I offer in my online training portal, along with a few photos.
There are a few sections still to be finished, but the major parts are all ready to be used.
For all personal training packages, you are given access to this group for the duration.
- If you're an online client, your workouts are uploaded here for you to update. This lets me track how you're progressing.
- Along with keeping you accountable to your workouts, there is a measurements tracker so we can monitor that you're going in the right direction
- I offer coaching check ins - Depending on your package this can be from once a month to once a day - don't worry, you don't have to fill it all in every day!
- There is a 40+ page success manual covering goal setting, mindset, habits, behaviours and more
- There is a 40+ nutritional manual covering the essentials of what you need to know to track your own nutrition.
- At the last count, there were over 1000 exercises on the portal. All with their own videos and descriptions of how to complete the workouts
In short, between the VIP group (see previous post) and my Online Training portal, I offer a lot of information and value.
Plus... I'm always looking for more things to add as well!
