Diets will tell you what to eat but never how to eat.
Specifically, how to eat for you and your goals.
This goes beyond merely giving you a handout of what protein, carbs and fats to eat.
Moving away from rigid diet rules (they are a top predictor of weight loss failure) and building eating skills & guidelines means that you can finally eat in a way that fits with you and your lifestyle.
This is why it is the second key to reaching your goals and maintaining the results.
Pillar #3: Get Moving!
The third key to getting the results you want is to get moving! It’s not about forcing yourself to do stuff in the gym you don’t want to do.
It’s definitely NOT about endless, boring cardio either.
If you hate that stuff now, you’ll still hate it next year and the year after, it’s not going to last.
Instead, it’s about helping you to find exercise and activities you enjoy and want to do.
If you enjoy them, you’ll want to keep doing them and combined with a flexible mindset and the right eating skills, it’s a winning formula for you.

Yes, there is a difference between working with me in-person and working with me online.
There are a lot of advantages for you with Online Coaching.
1) Convenience for you
I will provide you with workouts and exercises to do in your own time. This means you are no longer restricted to my limited in-person schedule.
A quick story about the gym I used to work in, it was based just off the A47 in Cambridgeshire. If you know anything about this road, it’s often prone to road traffic collisions causing tailbacks for miles.
There was once an accident in the early evening which meant none of my evening clients were able to make their sessions and were stressing over trying to reschedule their sessions to another time.
Imagine if they had all been online clients, they could have arrived at the gym in their own time and completed their workouts - no stress, no hassle, no reschedules.
This wasn’t a 1 off either, clients had to reschedule numerous times over the years because of traffic and hold ups.
2) You’re not limited to the gym
If you want to work with me in-person, it has to be at the place I’m based in. However, I know a number of my clients don’t want to exercise in the gym.
And that’s not a problem!
Many of them workout at home with nothing more than bodyweight, dumbbells and a few bands. If that is your preference, I work with you to make that happen so you’re comfortable and confident.
3) You’re not limited to the local trainers in your area.
On average, people choose to work with a trainer because the location is convenient, not whether they are a good trainer or not.
In fact, most people won’t travel more than 15 miles to a gym to work with a trainer.
I have clients all over the country, working with me and achieving their goals.
Another quick story - in my early days of in-person training, I had 2 amazing clients who I loved training and was getting amazing results with. Unfortunately both of them moved away and I didn't have anything in place to support them with online so they had to look for alternative options. Fast forward to today, one of my online clients is looking to move from her area and it doesn't affect our online coaching at all.
4) Better value for money
With online coaching I can offer you far more access to me, my help and my coaching than you would get with in-person training.
Some of my clients joke they have mail bombed me with a million questions and I’ve been happy to help answer them all.
