I know I certainly have had aches and pains over the years.
The annoying thing is you still want to train your legs hard but stuck on how to train around the knees.
From my own experience and from working with a number of people who have had knee issues, I wanted to put together a resource that could help you out.
So I've created a PDF document which you can download below without any sign ups.
I'm not saying that every exercise will be suitable for you because "knee issues" is such a broad term.
As the download says, use common sense before attempting these if you do have knee issues.
