Free consult and assessment - This is so we can chat & find out what you would like to achieve. The assessments make sure I provide the right exercises for you.
Custom program designed for you - Based on your goals, time available, preferences and assessments.
Workout templates to follow - I will provide you PDF's with your workouts. They will show you the warm ups, exercises, sets, reps & rest. They will also provide you a section to write down the weights, rest and sets you are doing so you can monitor your progress week on week.
Program Design guide - A PDF with information and tips on nutrition and how to progress to help you get the most from your workouts
Exercise Guide - A PDF with photos, descriptions and video link on how to complete the exercises. This is done for every exercise in your warm ups and workouts. This takes the guesswork out of you trying to figure out what an exercise is.
