Here's the longer answer:
To start
It all begins with the initial chat and assessments.
After you send the completed application form, we'll set up an in-person meeting and go through your Goals, Medical History, some general assessments and talk about what your likes and dislikes are. Essentially we're looking to see where you are now, where you want to be and what we can do to get you there.
And Then
This information is used to create your workouts and a plan for your goal. I then take you through the workouts and guide you through the eating, helping you to make changes to reach your goals.
We then work together to continue customising the workouts and eating based on your needs and progress so you can keep moving towards your goals.
Long Term
The workouts build you up so you are confident to perform exercises on your own, safely and with good technique.
You'll have the knowledge and confidence to be able to maintain your progress for years to come.
What Is Included In the Package
Personal Training sessions - Whether you need 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions a week the packages are designed to be flexible around you.
Customised Workouts - Designed and created specifically for you and your goals based off an initial detailed assessment.
Nutritional coaching - We look at where you currently are and where you'd like to be. We then work together to make those changes happen and troubleshoot when issues occur.
Accountability - Troubleshooting and helping you stick to the training and eating plans. Consistency is always key for your goals.
Customised check ins - These are designed around you to further help you with accountability and to stay on track with your goals.
10 - Module Course - This runs along side the training we do together. It covers areas such as mindset and motivation through to how to eat and exercise to support your goals.
Generous referral scheme - I reward you for referring people to sign up with me!
