If your day consists of sitting lots - whether it's at a desk or in a car - there's a strong chance the muscles around your hips and the hips themselves will feel tight and stiff.
Tight hips can have a knock on effect to your lower back and knees, especially when you're exercising or bending and moving when doing daily activities - gardening, shopping, cleaning etc.
In the video, I give you 3 exercises which will help to improve your hip mobility.
They will likely suck to begin with If you do these consistently, they will get better and you should start to notice a difference in how you move and feel on a daily basis.
