Two butt exercises I often see being done wrong are the Side Lying Leg Raises and the Donkey Kick Backs.
Or whatever you prefer to call them.
Exercises can have so many different names :)
I put this video together to show you where many people go wrong and what you can do to improve your technique
Improving the technique = hitting the actual butt muscles and making them work
I then give you a few progression ideas so you can get even more out of the exercises.
