With social distancing measures increasing, it may only be a matter of time before your gym has to close for a period of time. Or maybe you've already taken the step to stay away from big social places. I completely understand and I want to do a small part to help you out. I've put together a simple PDF with some lists of bodyweight exercises you can do at home. I've also given a few ideas for how to put the workouts together. I've based this on the fact you're already training at a gym, rather than a complete beginner so I haven't provided exercise descriptions, just the video demo's.
