Thank you and welcome to Personal Training with me! I am excited to be working with you and helping you towards your goals! I would recommend that you bookmark this page as you may need to refer to it several times over the coming weeks.
Over the coming months we will be working on your training, nutrition and lifestyle. My mission is to help you in such a way that will not only help you reach your goals but make it sustainable so you don't end up back at square one.
Hopefully you have watched the video, if not, please do it now as it contains useful key tips for your success.
The rest of this page contains all the information you need to start your fitness journey with me. There is a lot of information so please see the checklist at the bottom to break this into easy action steps each week.
And remember I'm only ever 1 message away and you're never bothering me so ask away!
1) Welcome Pack This welcome pack contains all the information you need to get started with me. It covers important information such as: - How the program works including communication - Nutritional resources available and how to submit details for your custom eating guide - Online Training Portal - What is available on here and how to use and update any workouts (usually not needed for in-person clients). Please note two emails will shortly be sent to you and they may turn up in your junk mail folder. - Program break in tips - Tips for success
2) COVID Information I am required to operate under certain government guidelines - the information I collect and the way I can operate in-person training sessions.
Prior to your first session with me, please ensure you have read the Corona Guidelines document and if possible, complete the Covid Consent Form. If you are unable to complete the consent form, I can have you fill one out at the start of your first session.
If this has already been completed as part of your consultation, there is no need to fill out a second form.
3) Private Client Group Please join my private client group where there are a number of resources available to help you. Resources such as recipe books, general guides and more importantly it contains a number of nutritional and lifestyle habit units to work through. These will be very handy if / when we work on your nutritional skills. Here is the link:
5) 4 Pillars Cheat Sheet There is a lot of information between the manuals, the custom nutrition guide and the VIP group. What I wanted to do was provide a cheat sheet for your reference so you know where to find key bits of information and it may help you with the whole "don't know what you don't know" when it comes to your fitness goals.
6)First Month Checklist It's common to feel lost for a start and wondering what you should be doing.... if you should be doing anything. To help you as best I can, I have provided a checklist of the key things you should look to do outside of your training sessions.
