1) Welcome Pack This welcome pack contains all the information you need to get started with me. It covers important information such as: - How the program works including communication - Nutritional resources available and how to submit details for your custom eating guide - Online Training Portal - What is available on here and how to use and update any workouts (usually not needed for in-person clients). Please note two emails will shortly be sent to you and they may turn up in your junk mail folder. - Program break in tips - Tips for success
2) Weekly Check In The weekly check in process can be a very useful tool for you. Not only does it allow me to see how you are getting on, the tracker also allows you to follow your own progress. An email is sent out every Thursday with a link on to your own personal spreadsheet. Please have this completed by Midday Friday. Below is a short and simple guide to filling in the different tabs.
5) Welcome Checklist It's common to feel lost for a start and wondering what you should be doing.... if you should be doing anything. To help you as best I can, I have provided a checklist of the key things you should look to do outside of your training sessions.
